All members are required to fill out and submit these forms each year.  Forms include: Member Information, Volunteer Form, Member Agreement, and Member Authorization.

Financial Aid Form

The financial aid form is optional and intended only for those individuals applying for financial aid.  Limited financial aid is available for families needing assistance with tuition.  NCAS's
goal is to make our program available to all committed youth.  

Financial aid applications for tuition must be submitted no later than two weeks before full tuition is due.  Financial aid can cover full tuition excluding the cost of the deposit ($75) and season tickets ($70).   Financial aid information is kept strictly confidential, and is based on a first come, need basis. 
Recipients of financial aid are expected to give a certain level of volunteer hours to NCAS

Member Handbook

The NCAS Handbook outlines policies and procedures for the Nebraska Choral Arts Society.  The membership agreement that each singer and parent signs states that you will fully abide by all policies and procedures set forth in the NCAS handbook.  Please call the office with any questions regarding the handbook.
